Our "Premium" and "Preferred" units are booked more quickly. All units are assigned on a first come / first served based on receipt of deposit guarantees in cleared funds (ie Interac eTransfer).
Amenities vary based on location (ie some condos like the Snowbrook area have indoor heated pool in a separate building; others like Sugartree have indoor pool with access to the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Centre through your condo complex. Your unit description will include these details.)
All unit pricing is based on location, size (ie studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom etc. and whether you are booking a Standard, Preferred or Premium unit.
Sugartree II Condominiums
Sugartree II #381 One of our favorite 2-bedroom condos. If you like bright and colorful, this unit is for you. And lots of space to sleep. The upgraded counter space gives you lots of seating for lots of guests! Plus a second dining area. There is an alcove bedroom with queen bed downstairs with doors for privacy. Another murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa provide a total downstair sleeping arrangement for 6 guests. Then you take the circular staircase upstairs to the second bedroom with two queen beds, second bath off this bedroom and a comfortable second living space outside the upstairs bedroom. There is a bonus room with queen bed that makes this unit feel like a 3 bedroom unit but it is rated as a 2 bedroom. Exceptional value. Lots of space to add sleeping bags or air mattresses for a few extra younger skiers! This upstairs sofa is not a sleeper unit. This is another "Premium" condo that will house up to 10 guests. Another of our units that do not last long before it is guaranteed.
Snowbrook #2633 A lovely 2 bedroom condo with leather furniture and fireplace with a master bedroom just off the main living area. This bedroom has a full queen bed and the second bedroom has two twins. Thee is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The unit is mid Alder Brook Lane so a short walk to the pool house and Snubber Chairlift. Ideal for young families.
Snowbrook 2696 is a terrific 2-bedroom condo with great decor, fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. There is a very spacious master bedroom with queen bed just off the livingroom and the second bedroom has lots of floor space as well with two full twin beds. This is the perfect unit for families of all ages, especially with young children. Your building is as close to the Snubber Chairlift as you can get and you are on Beaver Brook Lane, just three streets down from the pool house.
Snowbrook #2711. This is a great family 2 bedroom condo. Each of the two bedrooms has two twin beds plus one bedroom has a full set of bunk beds. Open concept livingroom with fully equipped kitchen. This condo is in one of the best locations at Snowbrook Village. Right across the street from the pool house and next to the Snubber Chair lift. Great for young families.
Snowbrook #2715 is a terrific family 3 BD condo located across from the pool house in the building next to Snubber chair lift. There is a fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. The master bedroom has a king bed; BR#2 has two twins. BR#3 has bunks. A well maintained condo.

There is a bonus sitting area / second living room area with efficiency kitchen just off the upstairs bedroom with another full bath. This is a highly sought after "Premium" condo.
Sugartree II #387 is one of the most popular 2-bedroom condos at SL. This is a third floor condo with loads of upgrades. A fireplace, upgraded counters on centre island for dining, leather furnishings in the livingroom. The sofa is not a sleeper unit. There is a downstairs bedroom with queen bed and french doors for privacy and a queen murphy bed all on the main level. A circular staircase takes you to the upstairs living space where you have another extra large bedroom with queen bed and two twins with another french door for privacy. There is a private sitting area and ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom. This is like having a 3 bedroom condo for the pricing of a 2 bedroom. A highly sought after "Premium" condo and will definitely book quickly.

Snowbrook #2573. This 2 bedroom condo has a great bed arrangement for families. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed plus a set of bunks with a twin bed upper and a double bed lower. This is a great family unit with dining seating for 6, fireplace and a full kitchen. One of Premium units at Snowbrook Village on Beaver Brook Lane, just a few streets down from the pool house and close to Snubber chairlift

Your building is as close to the Snubber Chairlift as you can get and you are on Winter Brook Lane, right across from the poolhouse.
Birchwood #829. This 2-bedroom condo is centrally located directly across from the Sugarloaf Sports and Fitness Centre. The main kitchen area has been upgraded offering an open concept kitchen/living and dining area. Terrific for families. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed plus bunks.
Snowbrook 2667 is a perfect 3-bedroom slopeside condo for a larger family or two families sharing. This unit has a woodburning fireplace, 3 bathrooms...! with a king bed in BR#1; 2 twins in BR#2; 2 twins in BR#3 and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. This is a preferred condo with lots of room in one of the bedrooms should you need to add an air mattress for an extra guest or youngster. This is another perfect unit for families of all ages, especially with young children. Your building is as close to the Snubber Chairlift as you can get and you are just a street down from the poolhouse with the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.

Sugartree II #288. This is one of our favorite Premium units. An exceptional 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen, spacious open concept living/dining and kitchen area. This unit has a fireplace and there is a full queen murphy bed in the main living area as well as a sleeper sofa. There is an alcove bedroom with doors for additional privacy.
Snowbrook #2556 is in the building right at the base of the Snubber chairlift. A great location for families. This is a loft 2-bedroom condo with an upstairs master bedroom and second bedroom off the master with a set of bunk beds (double lower; twin upper). There is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. This unit does not have a fireplace or woodstove. The side stairs leading to the open loft master bedroom does take a bit of space away from the main living area.
Snowflower #406 is a rare find in this location. This an upggraded 2-bedroom condo in centrally located Snowflower Village. This is a two storey condo with lots of upgrades. Leather furniture and fireplace in the main living area with ski chalet style tables and seating for families. The bedrooms are upstairs and this condo has two bathrooms. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and two sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom. Families of 4 - 6 do not need to use the livingroom sleeper unit. This unit is rated premium and is in a quiet area of Snowflower Village.
Snowbrook #2600. This condo is located in a building as close to the Snubber chairlift as possible. A great family unit, it has a set of bunk beds in the private bedroom. There is a queen sized bed on the lower bunk and a twin sized bed on the upper bunk. The livingroom has a queen sleeper sofa, two sofachairs and a gas fireplace. This is a well maintained unit offring a preferred location for younger famlies.
