- Family referrals qualify for an Award once the family you referred has guaranteed their booking with a deposit.
- You may carry forward your referrals for up to two ski seasons to qualify for one of the higher value Awards.
- All Awards are allocated on a first come / first served basis. Bob will contact you for an alternate selection if your first choice is not available.
- Sunday River and Sugarloaf Gift Card Awards will be included with your ski vacation package
- All Canadian Gift Card Awards will be mailed to you shortly after the season ends (by May 1st or eariler depending on the timing for your request).
- Non-gift card Awards will be delivered to you at the resort unless Bob has made special arrangements for local delivery.
- If your choice of gift card it not on the list above, please email Bob. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preference to add new gift card options to our Awards program.
- VWSGL reserves the right to provide an alternative award of at least equal or greater value to the reward selected if circumstances prevent issuance of the award of your choice (eg. If a selection of US gift cards is not available, they that award may be substituted for the US or CDN cash equivalent).
