Brookside 1B 108 This is a 2-bedroom condo on the main level. You are steps away from the Roadrunner trail for easy hill access. This condo is slopeside - you can watch the snowmaking from your livingroom window. The master bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has 2 sets of bunks to sleep (4) guests and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen.

Brookside 2A 101 A 1-bedroom bi- level condo with a fully equipped kitchen. 1st floor with private door to slopes and a great corner unit. This is a bright unit with lots of windows & sunshine. There is a queen bed plus a set of bunk beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the livingroom.

Brookside 2A 311 A 1 bedroom condo with fully equipped upgraded kitchen. An upper floor unit with queen bed and 2 twin beds all with new mattresses and an extra cable ready TV in the bedroom. There is a leather sofa in living room pulls out to queen sleeper. After day on slopes relax in outdoor heated pool!

Brookside 2B 213 This studio condo is ideal for a family of 3. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The unit has a queen sized Murphy bed and twin bed in the main living area.

Van Wart Ski Vacations is pleased to be able to offer you another prime slopeside (ski in / ski out) location at the Sunday River Ski Resort.

All of our condos have fully equipped kitchens, offer the privacy of a bedroom and all 1-bedroom units are bi-level (upstairs and down).

Amenities offered by Brookside and North Peak Condominiums (Please note these condominiums are not managed by Sunday River Ski Resort. There are no shuttle services to/from Brookside and North Peak condominiums. Shuttle services are provided from Sunday River parking lots at South Ridge, Grand Summit Hotel, Jordan Grand Hotel and Snow Cap Inn):

North Peak Condominiums

North Peak Building #1 - Unit #204. This is the best 2-bedroom condo in the North Peak location. All renovated and fully upgraded throughout.

This beautiful unit has an updated kitchen, new counters, sink, full size dishwasher, side by side refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, toaster, coffee machine, new stove, large microwave, plenty of dishes and bake ware. Living area has a gas fireplace, large screen TV, couch, love seat, 2 tables and a lamp. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, large bureau, small table, mirror, 2 lamps, closet, extra blankets, vacuum cleaner. This is an end unit so it also has an extra window facing the pool house. 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds. Full bathroom, shower / tub combo. Hallway has hooks for hanging jackets.

North Peak #1, Unit #105. Ski in and Ski out in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath very spacious condo that sleeps up to 9 guests. This is a 1st level condo making it easy to unload and load your vehicle. Our condos are all no smoking and no pets. A spacious kitchen offers all the appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, plenty of dishes. The dining table seats 6. Your living area has fireplace, large screen TV, couch, love seat, 2 straight chairs, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, coffee table and lots of games, DVD/VCR player.

The 1st bedroom has queen bed, 2 end tables, 2 lamps and place to hang clothes. The 2nd bedroom has 1 regular twin bunk bed and then it has another bunk bed with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom, sleeps 5 in this room. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The living area has fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVD player, sectional couch, coffee table, recliner, 2 end tables and 2 lamps. Also has a murphy bed.

1st bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, 2 lamps, 1 bureau, 1 end table, place to hang clothes, sleeps 2.. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, love seat, large bureau, mirror, closet, another bureau in closet. This unit is ideal for 4 - 6 adults sharing and not having to sleep on bunk beds. Bathroom has shower/tub combo.

Dates blocked are when a unit has already been booked during Canadian spring break weeks. All units may be available at all other times of the season

North Peak #3 Unit #206. Ski in and Ski out. 2 bedroom sleeps up to 8 guests. A very nicely decorated comfortable unit. Very relaxing. Full kitchen with new counters, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, dishes for 8 guests include glasses, cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, and some baking pans. Dining table that seats up to 8 guests with padded chair seat cushions.

Living area includes fireplace, couch, love seat, rocking chair, coffee table, plus 3 small tables and 3 lamps. Flat screen TV, VCR and DVD player, quite a selection of movies and books. mirror over fireplace. Sleeper sofa. First bedroom has a queen bed, 2 end tables by bed, 1 bureau, place to hang clothes, hooks in bedroom. Very pretty quilt, 4 pillows, and extra blankets. 2nd bedroom has 2 bunk beds, thick mattresses, pretty quilts, 2 pillows on each bed. Large window. Bureau, TV, closet, Alarm clock, very comfortable and not crowded. Extra blankets. Vacuum cleaner.

Brookside 2B 302 This is a 1 bedroom two level condo on the top floor of Brookside II. You have a terrific view of White Heat trail and a newly upgraded fully equipped kitchen. An upstairs bedroom with full queen bed plus a set of bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area. Flat screen TV, additional storage and WiFi are features of this unit.
